Refund Policy

A refund policy for an education consultancy typically outlines the conditions under which clients are eligible to receive a refund. Here’s a detailed consultancy’s refund policy:

  1) Non-refundable Fees

  • Visa Initial Fees: Initial fees paid to the consultancy for processing visa lodge and will be non-refundable, even if the student decides not to proceed the visa lodge.
  • Visa Grant Fees: Visa fees paid for a visa grant will be non-refundable. (Though after they get visa approval and try to withdraw)
    2) Refundable Fees
  • Admission Fees: Admission fees will be partially Refunded and certain amount will be deducted for bank transaction/ office materials use and resources. (Deduct Nu.150/- only)
    3)Conditions for Refund
  • Cancellation by Client: If the client cancels the service, they may be eligible for a refund, but usually with a deduction for any work already completed or for administrative expenses. (applicable only for Admission fees, Deduct Nu.150/-)
  • Rejection of Offer Letter by Institution: If a student’s application didn’t get the offer letter from the university or college, consultancies will refund full fee, without deducting Nu.150/-.
  • Visa Denial: Visa initial Fees will be not refund if the student’s visa application is denied, it will consider visa support as a completed service with no refund option.
  • Consultancy’s Fault: If the consultancy is found to be at fault, such as submitting incorrect documentation, partial refund may be granted but with full investigation of cases a management and finance section.
    4)Timeframe for Refund Requests
  • Request Period: Clients must request refunds within a certain period 14 days after the cancellation of services. (Admission Fees)
  • Processing Time: Once a refund request is submitted and approved, it may take a specified number of business days 3 to 7 days to process the refund. (only Admission Fees).
    5)Method of Refund
  • Refunds are typically issued through the original payment method, such as bank transfer, credit card, or other payment gateways. (with the refund application to finance section and concern person)
    6)Force Majeure or Exceptional Circumstances
  • Some policies might include clauses for special circumstances like health issues, political instability, or natural disasters, where refunds may be offered under exceptional terms. (thoroughly concerning with the management)
    7)Non-completion of Services
  • If the consultancy fails to deliver agreed-upon services, such as failing to submit applications or providing incomplete guidance, the client may be entitled to partial refund. (thoroughly investigation by management)
    8)Dispute Resolution
  • The policy might include provisions for resolving disputes related to refunds through mediation, arbitration, or legal action. (Office management and finance section)

 

Fees for The Consultancy services

  1. Total Consultancy fees: Nu. 32,100/- For Couples Applicant and Nu. 22,050/- for Single Applicant
  2. Admission Fees: Nu. 7,000/- for both couple applicant and single applicant.
  3. Initial Visa lodge Fees: Nu. 5,100/- for Couple applicant and Nu.5,050/- for single applicant.
  4. Visa Grant Fees: Nu.20,000/-for couple applicant and Nu. 10,000/- for Single applicant.
